On Thursday we had a fantastic time celebrating World Book Day in school. Children came in comfy clothes and brought pillows, creating a cosy atmosphere for a day full of reading. Some children built reading forts, others shared books with friends, and lots of fun reading activities took place throughout the day.

One of the highlights of the day was our World Book Day game. Teachers had been transformed into cartoon characters and the children had the challenge of guessing which teacher matched which book. They then had to match the book covers to the correct teacher. It was great fun! The atmosphere throughout the day was fantastic, with children and staff all enjoying the opportunity to celebrate reading together. It was a brilliant reminder of how much joy books can bring!
