On Thursday 8th May, we came together as a whole school community to mark the 80th Anniversary of VE Day and think of all the brave men and women of our country who served in the 2nd World War. All our children and staff were treated to a scone with jam and a soft drink. Children had all had the opportunity to design their own gratitude medals for important people in their lives that they are grateful to. Some of the children were able to read out who they are grateful to and why. It was a lovely and truely memorable afternoon for our community.
